Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for products purchased from our online store, provided the item is in new, unused, and unopened condition, and returned within 30 days. The item must include all original packaging, labels, and accessories. Used, damaged, or altered items are not eligible for return or exchange. If the item is defective or damaged, please contact us for a return or exchange.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Requests after this period will not be accepted.
How to initiate a return:
Contact us as soon as possible if the item is damaged or defective. For other returns, contact us within 30 days.

Return Method
Returns are only accepted by mail. We do not accept returns in-store or via drop-off locations.
Return Label Process
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label via email. The label will be available for you to download and print. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged and shipped using the provided label.
Return Shipping Costs
Seaside village will bear the full cost of return shipping for eligible items. This applies to orders delivered within the United States. You will not incur any charges for returning qualified products.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fee for returns or exchanges. You will receive a full refund of the item purchase price if the return meets our eligibility criteria.
Refund Processing Time
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process.
Currency
All refunds will be processed in United States Dollars (USD). The amount refunded will be equivalent to the purchase amount paid in USD, regardless of currency fluctuations.
